Listing Import

/api/v3/listings

Authentication​

You can authenticate using either of the following methods:

  • HTTP Basic Auth: Use your ShowMojo username and password.
  • Token Authentication: Generate a token at ShowMojo Plugins Settings.

Second Endpoint​

POST https://showmojo.com/api/v1/listings

Important Notes​

  • Max 100 listings per request
  • Match one of provided IDs: code, uid, or mls_id
  • Exact match of address information: address, unit, city and state
  • If no match is found, a new listing is created
  • When ShowMojo updates a listing, it replaces all existing listing information with the newly provided listing information
  • Do not send a new request until the previous one completes. Otherwise, you’ll receive:

  • The code is your internal listing ID and is used for deduplication and updates.

You may specify assign_to_property with a property name:

  • If the property exists → the listing is assigned.
  • If it doesn’t exist → listing is imported without assignment.
  • If listing is already assigned → no reassignment will occur (must be done manually in ShowMojo Properties page).
